Festival Update

We are still in need of helpers for the gate, flea market, club sales table, and barrel train. Please offer to help to ensure a successful event. We are taking donations of gentlly used items for our auction and flea market. We have Maine Antique Power Association joining us, along with a new display from Frank Jordan. We are looking for a blacksmith. Lombard tractor will be at the Festival. We are looking to add more displays. If you’re interested, contact Pam. We have 10+ crafters and vendors paid to date. The camping permit has been sent in to the State of Maine with $270 fee. Campers are encouraged to pay $20 per night to help the club with the permit fee. Jessica Rand will be in charge of the camping donations. Food vendors have been secured for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Porta-Potties have been ordered. The auction will be Saturday morning and will include the items approved at the May monthly meeting. The pulling and events schedule will be available soon and posted in the next newsletter, on our website, and on our Facebook page. Trucks and trailers are asked to park in the area behind the restaurant to ensure guests are not in your way when you unload your tractor. Gate admission is $5 per person, kids 6-17 are $3, and free under 5. Club members get in free with your membership card at the gate. Hope to see you here.
